As essential healthcare workers, a physical or occupational therapist’s job is to help improve the health and wellness of the community. During this current health crisis, therapists can continue providing care for health problems that may be limiting your ability to perform daily activities. This allows primary care doctors, specialists, and emergency room doctors to treat those who need the most care during this time.

Our therapists are able to evaluate your problem and determine if therapy will be beneficial for you. If you do need to see a specialist, we can advise you what to do until you are able to safely access the care you need.

Exercise is important to maintain a healthy immune system. Unfortunately, many of us are challenged as we are sitting at home more these days. Too much sitting can lead to stiffness, weakness, and pain. To help combat this, try to find safe ways to move around during the day. You can walk to the mailbox, do stretches after watching TV, and even do some simple strengthening exercises, such as squats. If you have questions about what you can do to improve your health during this time please contact us. We will be happy to help in any way we can!

We are open and we’re following CDC guidelines to provide the safest care to our patients, including e-visits and telehealth options.

We’re here to answer any questions you have regarding how we can help you during this time!

Help us continue to make a positive IMPACT on your health and wellness!
