The Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS) measures the following: power, speed, elasticity, and postural control. These are the four elements an athlete draws upon in sports performance. By evaluating these, we can get a clearer idea of how to program for sport-specific success.
At Impact Rehab & Wellness we understand that the injured worker’s rehabilitation process is unique.
