This watermelon slushie is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Antioxidants in this drink will help prevent disease. It also has adaptogens to help your body deal with stress. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals to keep you going during this hot summer!


  • 2 cups of watermelon
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 tbsp. of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. of lime juice

If you don’t like basil and lime, you can try substituting them with mint and lemon!


Simply place the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Then, serve and enjoy your watermelon slushie!
